LAPP India is a 100 per cent subsidiary of LAPP Group. For 25 years, LAPP India has been a pioneer, holding the distinction of being the first MNC in India in the cable and connection technology sector.

We have three manufacturing facilities in India, Bengaluru, Bhopal & Dharuhera. In addition, we also have six warehouses to serve customers across India.

LAPP India provides power & control cables, data communication cables for Ethernet and Fieldbus technology, optical transmission systems, industrial connectors, glands, conduits, cable markers, tools and accessories. LAPP also provides plug and play cable and connectivity solutions under LAPP Harnessing Solutions and Industrial Communication olutions for seamless network connectivity. 

LAPP India has customers across different industry segments ranging from automotive, cement, textile, food & beverage, infrastructure, machine tools, metal & mining, oil and gas, railways, renewable energy, and e-mobility. 

LAPP’s 8 brands - ÖLFLEX®, UNITRONIC®, ETHERLINE®, HITRONIC®, EPIC®, SKINTOP®, SILVYN® and FLEXIMARK® promises un-compromising quality. 

We started operations in India in 1996 by setting up state-of-the-art manufacturing unit at Jigani, Bangalore. 

In 2012, LAPP India set up its second manufacturing unit at Pilukedi, Bhopal to primarily produce single core cables catering to the building segment. LAPP India now holds three manufacturing facilities across Bengaluru, Bhopal & Dharuhera.  

On February 12, 2024, LAPP India also inaugurated the first-ever compounding plant within the entire LAPP Group in Bhopal. This facility, sprawling across 36,000 sq ft, signifies a monumental leap towards backward integration and self-reliance.

The Bhopal plant is also home to LAPP India's first E-beam charger, a revolutionary technology that offers several advantages over traditional curing methods

LAPP India views this expansion as a testament to its dedication to serving the Indian market while contributing to the "Make in India" initiative.

We have best-in-class in-house product testing facility in India. This facility is capable of handling mechanical, electrical, flame and chemical related testing.
