All the information, including the name, address, credit/debit card etc number are encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software. All the payments on LAPP’s online store are processed through PayU (a leading online payment service provider) secure payment gateway.

Which cards can I use to make online payment?

You can use the credit/debit card of any nationalized bank for purchasing from LAPP’s online store.

Can I pay using payment wallets?

Yes. You can use PhonePe for payments.

What measures are taken to prevent fraud?

The team monitors transactions at an order level and gets in touch with the buyer to manually verify the payments.

In case of payment not received by LAPP but the customer is debited, we request customers to provide necessary proof so that the same can be taken up with the payment gateway. We apologise for any inconvenience that may be caused to customers and request them to bear with us in the larger interest of ensuring a safe and secure environment for online transactions.

Can I place a Cash-on-Delivery order?

Yes. If your order value is less than Rs. 5000, you can opt of C-o-D option during the checkout process. Just add the items to your cart and proceed to check out. Select the Cash-on-Delivery option, enter the CAPTCHA for validation and click on place order.

You can pay by cash or even cheque when our logistics partner is at your doorstep for delivery.
