Change password: If you are logged in, please click on the user icon and then on "Change password".

Forgotten your password? Please click on the "Forgotten password" button in the login menu. You will receive an e-mail to change your password.

Functionality

Unfortunately, we are not able to transfer your saved shipping addresses from the previous e-Shop to the new Online Shop. You can create your delivery address in the new Online Shop as usual. If you need assistance with this, our team is always available to help. Contact: ecommerce.us.lus@lapp.com
Our new Online Shop features improved technology and usability. Unfortunately, we were not able to transfer your saved orders/shopping carts from the previous e-Shop to the new Online Shop. 

In the move to the new Online Shop, your sign-in username (the email address you used to sign in previously) was transitioned over, but it wasn't possible to move individual password information over.  

To reset your password, click on the person icon the in top right corner of the site and click on "Log in". What the page opens, please click on the link stating, "Forgot password?" Then enter the email address you used previously for the site and click the Continue button.  An email will be sent to the email address you entered with details on how to reset your password. 

If you do not receive an email, please check your Junk mailbox.  If the email still is not found, please click on the person icon the in top right corner of the site and select "Register now" and complete the form and submit.  You will gain instant access to the site once again.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

During the product selection process, we provide detailed price and delivery information directly in the Online Shop. Select an article and the current availability will be highlighted in color. Your expected delivery date will be provided during the ordering process via our customer service team. 
All relevant documents (including certificates) can be found after selecting your product on the product overview page. There you will find details about the product, technical data and the associated downloads.

Currently there is free shipping on all ground shipments.  If expedited shipping is needed, our customer service team will reach out after your order is placed to discuss dates and cost.
